When you book through DS Bookings, your reservation is fulfilled by our third-party travel supplier partners. Cancellation rules vary depending on the fare type, the travel supplier, and the time of cancellation relative to the departure date.

To cancel or modify your booking, please contact us as soon as possible:
Date changes and modifications to existing bookings may be possible subject to availability and fare rules. A change fee may apply, in addition to any difference in fare. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to modify your travel dates.
Once a cancellation is approved and a refund is confirmed by our supplier, refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
In the event that a train service is cancelled by the operator due to weather, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will assist you in obtaining a refund or rebooking as per the supplier's policy. DS Bookings is not responsible for cancellations made by the travel supplier.
